In November 2023, Concentra, a healthcare services provider, experienced a data breach due to a cybersecurity event at their transcription service provider, Perry Johnson & Associates, Inc. (PJ&A). The breach affected certain information related to Concentra patients, and although it did not involve Concentra's computer network directly, the unauthorized access to data occurred through PJ&A.
