They completed an investigation into the cause and scope of the breach, ceased using Accellion's FTA platform, and migrated to a new secure file transfer solution. Health Net also agreed to institute policies, procedures, and additional security-related remedial measures for a period of five years, including enhancements to their third-party vendor risk management program and performing dark web monitoring for fraud.
